I think it's important to document your vision. See it. Believe it. Achieve it! That's a motto I used all the time back when I was in sales. I recently found a book called "I'd rather be in the Studio: the Artist's no-excuse guide to self-promotion" to be really really helpful. http://www.idratherbeinthestudio.com/ It's been a huge motivator and resource in helping me get my own website http://shoshannabauer.com up and going.
